why blogger?

I haven't blogged for a while, very little time and head drained of all rational thoughts....previous blogs may suggest that those rational thoughts never existed. I read an article about how to blog. it turns out that i blog the wrong way. apparantly you must never talk about yourself, or of anything that will probably only be of interest to you and your mates. well that is exactly what i have done. in the end though you only ever talk about things that are of interest to you and will probably (because you chose them) be of interset to your mates. who would spend time writing about stuff that didn't interest them, who other than your mates actually readas blogs anyway. with that in mind i wonder what the hell i am doing, given that i speak to all my friends at least once a week.
